    The Moscow Convention and Exhibition Bureau performs some important functions:

    1. Creates and promotes a positive business image of the city abroad

    2. Attracts significant and advantageous events in the city to provide a contribution to the development of its economy and science.

    3. Initiates activities aimed at the Moscow’s meetings industry development, as well as service quality increase in tourism and events.

    All Moscow Convention and Exhibition Bureau's services are provided free of charge.

    Who can request the Moscow Convention and Exhibition Bureau’s assistance?

    The Moscow Convention and Exhibition Bureau, first and foremost, in the interests of two groups:

    1. Meeting Planners - people interested in organising their event in Moscow
    2. Moscow meetings industry

    All other concerned parties can also get our assistance and information about event planning in Moscow. 

    How to take part in a Fam trip?

    If you represent an organising committee or any other organisation considering Moscow as a destination to hold its next meeting in, you need to submit your request to the Moscow Convention and Exhibition Bureau via email or fill in the form on the Fam trip webpage.
