  • Moscow is getting ready to welcome US experts on preschool education at ECCE on 10-13 MAY, 2017

    VI International Conference «Early Childhood Care and Education» (ECCE 2017) will be held in MSU on 10-13 May 2017. The main objectives of the Conference are: bringing the major issues of the early education and the prospects for further research in this field up for discussion, showcasing the latest studies in early education, enhancing collaboration and network cooperation.

    VI International Conference «Early Childhood Care and Education» (ECCE 2017) has been included in the list of events of the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA). In preparation for the European Congress of Psychology 2019, attracted to Moscow by the Russian Psychological Society with the participation of the Moscow Convention and Exhibition Bureau, the leaders of psychological societies of the three countries - the United States, Brazil and Spain - will visit the Russian capital for the first time.

    The United States of America will be the Partner Country of the ECCE 2017. Besides US delegates, 26 other foreign countries from all over the world will discuss the most relevant topics on preschool education, show the results of the latest research on child psychology, share the experience and hold workshops. The Conference is officially supported by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (USA). Among the Conference’s Partner countries in previous years were Germany, Sweden and China.

    ECCE 2017 is organized by the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Moscow Academy of Preschool Education and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the World Bank and the Russian Psychological Society.

    The International Conference «Early Childhood Care and Education» (ECCE) is held annually under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.

    The Annual International Conference «Early Childhood Care and Education» was inspired by the ECCE UNESCO conference held in Moscow in 2010. Now it is one of the largest annual international conferences for exchange of ideas through interdisciplinary dialogue among practitioners, teachers, psychologists, policymakers in the sphere of child development and education.

    The official languages of the conference are English and Russian. All the events at the conference are provided with simultaneous interpreting.
